Teebi cake was started in 2020 by me, Sofia Cesarone. I've always loved art and being creative - I've been drawing, sculpting, and designing ever since I could hold a crayon. At 10 years old I discovered my passion for baking. I loved baking for others and learning the chemistry behind the recipes. Eventually, I realized that my love of baking and art could fuse together and I started experimenting with cakes.
I started Teebi Cake because I felt that pretty cakes never tasted good. Layers of fondant and edible glitter may look pleasing to the eye, but in reality, the complaints that followed didn't exactly make it worth it to me. I wanted my cakes to taste really good, so I tested recipe after recipe until I found the perfect combination of ingredients. Each Teebi Cake is made to order with the freshest ingredients, so you know you're getting the good stuff. And with flavor options from Asian Fresh Cream cakes to traditional American Buttercream cakes, there is sure to be something to please everyone.
